We collect personal data only through the contact form:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Item category
• Free-text description

No third-party cookies (Google, Facebook, etc.) are placed on this site. Visit analytics are handled by Vercel Analytics, which aggregates data anonymously without cookies.

Purpose

Your data is used exclusively to respond to your valuation or contact request. It is never sold, rented, or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Contact requests are kept for 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted. If a transaction takes place, accounting records are kept for 10 years per Luxembourg law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Luxembourg law of 1 August 2018, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@antiquaire-luxembourg.lu.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Luxembourg data protection authority): cnpd.public.lu.
